I’ve read a lot about the benefits of earthing such as the reduction of pain associated with inflammation. But I did not expect to feel such immediate and remarkable effects. I’ve had chronic pain in my right shoulder for about 18 months, which has affected my sleep and daily activities. The mat is under my work desk at home - within about 10 minutes of first placing my feet on the mat, I began to feel the relief. On the first occasion I thought it was perhaps just a coincidence but after 2 weeks of daily use its effects on my shoulder and other minor aches, is nothing less than extraordinary. The pain relief and increased range of comfortable arm motion is quite incredible. A longer continuous earthing period results in greater relief and for a longer duration after leaving the mat. I can sincerely recommend using the mat, if you have any inflammation, or chronic pain.
